You know, I probably have missed some of the items and people I am grateful for.  How can I get in a funk when I stay mindful of all that gratitude?  It is difficult.  Sometimes I can get off track.  It sure helps me today.

Back on the Block, whoops Blog again.

OK, I feel like writing a bit more than I would on Facebook so I am returning to this service to write a bit deeper.
Old age is really creeping up on me.  I walk slower and with a bit of a hunch and so I am working on correcting both of those elements.  Today I am heading out to the State Fair to get some more exercise and have a of fun.
I had promised friends to have no further "guests" for at least a month and a man I really care for needed the support and so I am currently housing my wonderful roommate, Aaron Jackson and the guest.  When Virginia Howard got into my car to go to church she asked, do you have any guests?  Well I was busted and she scolded me.
Kwanzaa was marvelous yesterday, I do so love worshiping with my violin.
It would be so much easier to just hang around with my growing mature loving friends but the program says, "I am Responsible. When anyone, anywhere, reaches out for help, I want the hand of A.A. always to be there. And for that: I am responsible."  That is what I run with.
Well, gotta pray to start the day and then wake up the roommate.
